Services

Sold as outcomes. Delivered as production systems.

Every capability below is contracted against a metric and a date. Stack choices follow the constraint — AWS, Azure, GCP, or the system you already run.

01

Product & platform engineering

Custom software for the way the operation actually works — customer-facing products, partner APIs, and internal tools that retire spreadsheet and email workflows.

Typical outcome

A workflow that used to take hours of coordination now completes in a system of record, with an audit trail and a release path your team owns.

What we actually deliver

Production web apps, APIs, auth, data model, CI, observability, and a first increment live — not a Figma graveyard.

When this is the right hire

You have a process that only works because two people remember the exceptions. Packaged software almost fits. You need something that matches the exception path, in production, with monitoring.

02

Cloud modernization & migration

Move, reshape, or stabilize cloud estates so cost, uptime, and cutover risk are explicit — not hoped for at the end of a lift-and-shift.

Typical outcome

A phased cutover with a rollback, unit cost visibility, and an environment your engineers can change without opening a ticket to a black-box vendor.

What we actually deliver

Landing zones, networking, identity, CI/CD, tagging, budgets, DR that has been drilled, and a migration sequence that does not bet the business on a single weekend.

When this is the right hire

The bill is rising faster than usage. Nobody can explain which team owns which resource. A prior migration left you with VMs in a new region and the same operational pain.

03

Data, analytics & decision systems

Pipelines, models, and operational analytics that answer questions people already ask — with tests and contracts, not a warehouse nobody trusts.

Typical outcome

A number leadership uses in a weekly meeting, sourced from a pipeline with freshness and quality checks — not a one-off export.

What we actually deliver

Ingestion, transformation, quality SLAs, dashboards or reverse-ETL into the tool operators already open, and documentation a new hire can follow.

04

Security & identity

Controls that match how people actually log in and ship code. Least privilege, SSO, and evidence in the pipeline — so an audit is a query, not a fire drill.

Typical outcome

One identity path, scoped access, and a written exception process. Delivery does not stop because security showed up in month nine.

What we actually deliver

SSO/SCIM, role design, secrets handling, baseline logging, and a backlog of controls ordered by real exposure — not a 200-page unused policy.

05

AI that ships

LLM and automation features inside products you already run. Evaluation, logging, human fallback, and a kill switch. We will not sell a chatbot that cannot be operated.

Typical outcome

A measured reduction in handle time, search time, or classification error — with traces you can inspect when it is wrong.

What we actually deliver

Integration into the existing app, retrieval or tool-calling where it earns its keep, eval sets, cost caps, and an operations path for bad answers.

06

Architecture & delivery advisory

When the problem is a decision, not a missing repo: sequence, risk, build-vs-buy, and a plan a team can execute without us if that is what you want.

Typical outcome

A written recommendation with the tradeoff you are actually making, a 90-day sequence, and the metric that tells you it worked.

What we will not do

A 80-page strategy that expires when the next vendor arrives. If we cannot defend the first production increment, we should not take the work.

Not sure which service maps to the constraint?

Start with the outcome. We will name the work — or decline it.
